Shantia Coley, Esquire is a dynamic speaker, facilitator, problem solver and nationally recognized attorney for a Fortune 500 Corporation. As a first generation college graduate, she is passionate about helping others find their way out of mental shackles and self-imposed doubts/pressures. As a result, Shantia founded the WALE Institute–a series of workshops and teachings on Wellness, Advocacy, Leadership and Equity.
